Safety:
21) Correct and accurate size tools should be used.
22) All Instrument Should be clean about just position.
23) Machine or Engine will be clean and light fitting.
24) Each Machine or engine has got some separately rules and Instruction books must which strictly followed.
25) Before starting of an engine or Machine they must Inspect all parts of the engine or machine.
26) All workable parts should be keep always workable and just in proper position.
27) All /instruments parts should be keep always workable and just in proper position.
28) All bolts and nuts should be correct and tight.
29) At the time of fitting any parts of that machine or engine should be clean and should not fit too tight and to lose.
30) At the time of fitting of that machine or engine should be placed in real position and always follow the instruction books of engine.
31) At the time of starting of an engine or machine first run always an then generally the speed of the engine or mechanic.
32) Before starting an engine all parts should be checked and fuel, lubrication oil and cooling system also.
33) When firefly up on a patrol or diesel engine never spray water over it. You should only cover engine and you should spray the dust and sand.
34) At the time of overheating an engine always follow the instruction book of the engine.
35) Always keep fire bucket in front of workshop with sand water in position.
36) Always keep the fire cylinder.
37) Do not chapple in Workshop always use shoes.
38) Always keep the Inflammable oil such as petrol,diesel, corrosion oil separate from the electrical lines and fire.
39) Do not use candle when work an at night use torch light for Safety.
